What's on
Upcoming Events
The Free Word Centre is closed to the public over the summer while we carry out important refurbishment works. From the 14th of June 2013 there will be no public events and no public access to our hall, though we will continue to function as an office space for our residents and associates.
While this work is being carried out, we're using our events page to highlight some great events happening elsewhere in London looking at literature, literacy and free expression. We'll be re-opening in the autumn with improved facilities, a wonderful new foyer space, a larger cafe, better acoustics and greater access for disabled visitors.
